Meredith Rae created BeautySmack out of a pure passion for journalism and an interest in hairstyling, fashion, and the beauty industry. She’s been scouting New York City style for the past six years. An artist at heart, she spent her teenage years rocking pink and purple hair, reading mangas, and writing short stories! Now she’s on a traveling road tour of beauty and design, visiting cities and diving into the rural areas of the US and abroad scoping out the hot spots for a “How To” on spending a day in beauty. Informing the world about huge talent in small towns. Creating a connection for all the creative collaboration it involves to be fashionable and beautiful. Hairstyling and the Salon industry is a beautiful art that is deeply complex and somewhat unexplored.
